We have been transferring home movie film since 1984. We transfer all film formats to either videotape, DVD, or CD.

Transfers are charged by the number of feet of film. Please refer to the chart below to help you determine footage and costs.
Film to videotape is charged at 12 cents per foot.
Film to DVD or CD is charged at 16 cents per foot.
For orders with 2400 feet (or close) there is a 10% discount.
We highly recommend transferring your film to DVD. It will last a lifetime as long as the surface is not scratched. We can also create a menu chapter for each reel or at specified locations. A DVD will also retain the quality of the film, whereas the quality will diminish slightly onto VHS videotape. We can also record onto digital tape formats such as Mini-DV or Digital 8. The only time we recommend transferring to CD is if you plan on capturing the video into an editing program on your computer. You need to be very knowledgeable of your editing software program before attempting this.
Our rate sheet/order form will provide further information.
